Join our Cookbook Club on Thursday, February 5 from 7 to 9 pm when we will be reading, cooking, and eating from Evie Harbury's MY BOHEMIAN KITCHEN. Evie will be joining us for the event, all the way from London!

My Bohemian Kitchen is a charming collection of recipes bridging the Czech Republic of Evie's heritage and her home in East London. The book brings to life long summers spent at her granny's mill in South Bohemia, alongside recipes that capture the influences of Czechia's neighboring countries. From Marinated Cheese (Nakládany Hermelín) to soups such as Chanterelle and Dill (Kulajda) to Beef Goulash (Hovezí gulás) to baking classics like Honey Cake (Medovnik) — Harbury's regional cooking is peppered with hints of nostalgia and a surprisingly modern take on sustainability, seasonality, and popular cooking techniques.

Before the Cookbook Club, Evie will be at the store from 5 to 7 pm, hanging out, signing copies of her book, and chatting with anyone who stops by to say hello! There is no need to RSVP if you are planning to come by between 5 and 7 pm, however you do need to RSVP in order to attend the Cookbook Club.
